Lets just dive right into the scathing negativity. The absolute worst thing about these headphones and why I've deducted 2 stars is because the port that this will connect to your phone on is unbelievably weak. Prepare to have this slip out of the port, lose connection, and stop playing music several times on even a short, casual walk. I cannot even imagine trusting this to go on a jog with. Seriously the smallest provocation will dislodge the USB-C port and you'll no longer have any audio. As an aside Amazon can't verify my purchase because I got mine from the Google Store.With the bad out of the way, lets dig into the good. You might look at these and think the price is high, and yes, it certainly is. Is it too high? That is a hard question to answer. I consider myself an audiophile, and on the strength of its sound alone, it rivals my best headphones. The bass is unbelievable for the little size of these in-ear headphones. You can feel the music deeply in your bones. And it does a deceptively good job of blocking out external noise as well. Also, these come with different ear fittings so you can find one that is just right for you. The way these jam into your ear do take a bit of getting used to. I had to kind of play with them right to get them to stay in. Libratone customer support wouldn't process an RA without the original receipt, and these were a gift, so since I felt uncomfortable asking the gifter for their receipt, and even though I have the serial number and the defunct headphnes, I just have a pair of very expensive headphones that don't work at all.
