This proofing box fits 6 pizza doughs for proving perfectly (280g dough balls) I've been making fresh pizzas now for over a year and sometimes have pizza parties so it's great to be able to have a couple of these and store enough dough balls . The box is built well and the inside is nice and flat which is exactly what you want so the dough holds its shape.

Fits well in fridge. Lid recess for handle is handy so it lays flat. Just small enough to fit in the fridge. Only criticism is that it’s over priced for what is essentially a plastic storage box.

After years of proving pizza dough in glass bowls in the fridge this is a game changer. The dough is far superior after being in the fridge in this box. I read negative reviews about it not being airtight but this is nota problem in my experience; the dough is never dried out and easily stretched even after a couple of days.

Great items. I would suggest lining the boxes with grease proof paper and a light coat of virgin olive oil to stop the dough sticking. The dough raise very well and quickly without being in a warm place.

This is not a sealed box and is useless for proofing dough.

Good quality, easy to clean and store. Perfect for proving dough both at room temperature and in the fridge.

Recently got a Roccbox and started to make some doughballs, this was perfect for me as usually only making max 6 pizzas at a time and it fits 6 douballs with ease

Nicht mehr weg zu denken! Absolute Erleichterung beim backen. Der Teig hat Platz und kann super aufgehen. Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.

Wouldn't buy this again. Since the cap makes a dent in my dough, its not destined to have the bulk rise sitting in here. The handle makes that the cap om the inside is lower than the rest.
