No idea where that is, but it works for our local channels.

Does this reciever work with a winegard carryout

I use this with the carryout and it works perfectly, keep in mind that through trial and error I have found that you will need to keep the carryout connedted to the 12 volt power supply while using. Also note that the screen may say it takes 5 minutes, no way it takes a lot longer, set it up and find something to do for at least 30 minutes. When your done it works great on all channels. :-)

Would this work with a 15 year old tv?

The receiver connects to the tv via a HDMI cable or the old school right, white, and yellow plug type cables. Look at the back of your tv. I’m not sure if HDMI was around 15 years ago, but I am sure the tv has the old school inputs I mentioned.
