But not for long term Filing.Because it has no lid.This is a plus for speed and easy access to the papers stores. Just reach in and reach back as you need to .No bother of fastening or unfastening the clasps of a lid.But the downside is moving the files about.What begins as a slim plastic A4 size wallet looking item will expand as you fill it up.there are thirteen sections with brightly coloured dividers making it easy to see what you need.The box is strong, you can carry it around but it is not so secure as if the ones with a lid.
