**Q: Is this decaf?**
A: No....this flavored black tea.It's good cold hot or cold.

**Q: Which cinnamon is in the tea; ceylon or cassia?  Does anyone know??**
A: This is my favorite tea as it has just the right touch of cinnamon for my taste.  The package does not indicate the origin of the spice.  I would suggest contacting Bigelow to find the answer.
