Nordic Ware Original 12-Cup Bundt Pan, Original Cast Aluminium Bundt Tin, Bundt Cake Tin with Fluted Pattern, Cake Mould Made in the USA, Colour: Graphite

This is the second Nordic Bundt tin I’ve bought, I used this one tonight, and I forgot to grease and flour the pan but it was late to do anything about it, as you can see it turned out pretty good, I can’t praise these pans enough, 5 stars from me.

A great addition to every baker's utensils. I have many bundt tins of different shapes. Each mould produces top class shapes , but must be prepared carefully (I use a baking spray) prior to adding the cake mixture for baking. These moulds give decorative results ranging from a basic mould for good home cooking to show stopping celebration cakes. I use this particular shape a lot for fruit cakes eg: an apple pound cake , as it cooks evenly and does not require fine detail. There are some great bundt cake recipe books, which I ordered through Amazon , that have produced lovely results . I really enjoy baking with these tins and are well worth the price.

Classic,big,heavy.Gorgeous bundt tin awaiting use

First attempt as using my Nordic ware Bundt tin. Followed the instructions on how to prep the tin and it worked out great.

I use it for baking youghurt cake and it I am very pleased with it. It is sturdy and the cake does not stick (I always cover it with butter) and can be used for small or bigger cakes as it is relatively big.

Wow wow wow! Amazing results for lovely baked cakes. My son has achieved an A* for his innovative Bundt cake for GCSE! He has repeated the cake and results 6 times and the cake just slips out! Lovely

Beautiful tin, as usual from Nordic.

So far I'm very disappointed from this brand, it's not cheap, but when you look it closer it looks like cheap product. Unsticking coat inside is just horrible, on spots, it's like abrasive, and it's not coated properly. And for expensive product like this i expect to have some packing, but it's doesn't.

Love my bundt pans!!! They are very sturdy and heavy/solid. They will last for decades to come and they always produce a perfectly baked bundt. I hand wash them, not sure if it says dishwasher safe but as they are easy to clean I prefer to prolong their life by hand washing. Be generous when you grease and flour the pan all over the inside and up the sides; I use Pam with flour or Baker's Joy with flour. Once you take the bundt out of the oven allow it to rest in the pan for about 10/15 minutes, then loosen the sides, give it a few gentle shakes and flip it out of the pan and onto a plate or cooling rack. I usually put mine onto a cake plate as the family will cut into it while it is still warm.

As with the other Nordic Ware Bundt pans I have purchased for myself and as gifts, this Pro Cast Original Bundt Pan, 12 Cups, in Bronze does not disappoint. It is a heavy, solid baking pan that cooks perfectly. The pattern projects onto cake well. This traditional pattern in particular, lends itself to many recipes as well as cake, including breads, monkey breads, savory pasta cakes and even Jello/set mousses. Before baking, I would recommend thoroughly greasing and flouring Nordic Ware bundts using very-soft butter and flour (or cocoa), and not oil spray, for prolonged baking life. Quality bakeware. Would recommend Nordic Ware Bundts.
