Americanised, and pages are falling out after writing in only a couple of pages. I don't recommend.
This book is okay for finding out about each other. It has lots of fun 'Mum's favourite' 'Daughter's favourite' and such like. Unfortunately it doesn't have a diary journalling element to it that I was wanting, but I've bought another one for that. It's very Americanised with the questioning and choices (spellings and meanings). It hasn't put me off as I cross out the Americanisms and write in the UK equivalent, but I shouldn't have to. They could easily have created a UK version. We have been enjoying filling a few pages of this in tonight, but I'm really dissapointed that the pages have started to fall out of it, and we're only just on the starting pages. We might have to dissect it and put it in a ring binder for safe keeping. I wouldn't recommend it on that basis, there are probably better quality books to choose from.

Love this little book has been really good to learn things about each other bought to do with my 10 year old daughter still filling it out ... it will be great to look back on in maybe 10 years and read it together

Making memories
My mom and I have been passing this back-and-forth and I absolutely love it. There’s nothing better than getting to know a parent on such a fun and more in depth way. Also this is a book I will be able to have now forever as a keepsake once we are done. I am learning a ton about my mom as we move through the book.

Adult Daughter & Mother
I included this journal in a gift basket for my Mom this Mother’s Day. Of all the items in that basket, this was—without a doubt—her favorite. My Mom and I have had our differences over the years, but we’ve remained close through each phase of life. I can confidently say that I’m learning more about my Mom through this creative and thoughtful journal than I ever have before. My Mom doesn’t typically enjoy writing, but this journal has really inspired her with a newfound confidence and a voice. It’s heartwarming for me to read her excited expressions and to really see her personality come alive in these pages. I’ve never seen her take so well to writing prompts. These prompts are playful, reminiscent, emotive, engaging, and renewing. A perfect blend of many sentiments. All in all, this joint journal effort has given my Mom & I a new form of appreciation for one another, and we aren’t even finished yet. I can’t wait to see what she writes next.

Sweet book and cherished keepsake
I am a 29 year old and purchased this to do with my mother who is in her 50s I included this in a gift basket I made her for her birthday and she loved it. We’ve been enjoying sending it back and forth to one another!
