Perfect Ring Camera Doorbell, buy with no hesitation. Very easy to connect and install only took me about 5 minutes tops. The picture is very clear and the battery seems to be lasting. I downloaded the app to my phone and then shared it with household family. It picks up on everything moving and alerts us on our phone if someone is ringing the door bell. I could go on and on, just buy.

The product itself is excellent. It captures everything clearly. The design and durability stands out to everyone. The motion detection is very sensitive so set it to high so it doesn't go off frequently unless it's in the area you selected by drawing in outline. Storage is amazing also. One day it captured 72 small feeds and the next 92. However, I paid for the year subscription and now I don't have access to any feed. Rather I'm trying to view the camera or playback a video I missed. It wants me to repurchase a subscription. I just paid $29.99 today. Customer support is no help and there is no way to reach anybody by phone. I just canceled the subscription but I need my money back. Otherwise I need access to the feed. One or the other.

Sooo, it is a video doorbell so you can actually see who is standing at your door and talk to them. It is built of decent quality, I was very surprised of how well it is built for the price. The camera is super clear , the app was super easy to set up, and its connection stays stable . Gives a pretty decent view also. Now the bad. The battery seems to drain fairly fast , I fully charged it before powering it up, it’s been in use less than a week and the battery is at 65% with the settings at battery saver. The notifications if you don’t open it right away you’ll never be able to watch the videos without paying for the cloud service. So basically you get the picture of the notification and no video footage. The charging port is in an odd spot so you can’t purchase a solar panel to plug into it and keep it charged. And to my knowledge there is no place for an external SD/memory card to store videos either. I would absolutely make the purchase again , but just a few things I’m not a big fan of. Oh, the external chime that you can place anywhere in your home works great right out of the box .

I got this because for some reason my landlord thought it would be a good idea to have front doors with no eye holes with a property that faces a busy street and a bar. When I start trying to set it up it takes me a while to figure out how to open it to charge and with what. The title of the instruction I needed to look at was confusing because it made it seem like it was instructing you how to remove the wall mount from your door. I finally start set up and this thing SCREAMS " ENTERING PAIRING MODE !!!". Does it do it once or twice then blink or turn red or another color to let you know its still in pairing mode? Nope, it just keeps. On. Screaming. 😑 I had to go into my basement because it was so lound and I have no idea if I woke up my neighbor with the noise or if they were always gonna get up at that time. 😠 Then when I finish set up it has to scream one more time something along the lines of "SET-UP SUCCESSFUL !!!". So DO NOT set this up during a time when you need to be quiet unless you can take it into a basement or something. Last annoyance it doesn't just start showing front door movement in notifications, you MUST go into the apps battery settings to say battery must be "unrestricted" for this app, NOT "optimized". Keep in mind this ONLY works with a 2.4 GHz network. I have a badic spectrum internet package and have no idea how to check whether I have 2.4GHz. So I'm unable to let you know if its a strong suggestion or if they truly don't allow the device to connect to any network outside of 2.4GHz. So if you don't want to risk it like I did find out about your network connection BEFORE purchase. Image capture is alright, you can set up a doorbell chime if you want and you can speak to the person through your camera. You can see how much charge your device has through their app. The camera is rechargeable and they include a charger chord with it, no adaptor, unless the door chime plug in doubles as an adapter for the charger. The app also has a screenshot feature. So far I think it's good for the price just VERY annoying to set up.

We got 2 one for front and back door connects to our phones . Detects night vision well an sensor well .Works well we are able to see when someone rings the door bell or leave a package we can see footage new an old of our back yard full screen and front lawn an car quality good sound is good distance of view good I recommend.have to purchase space to replay and save footage.

This little doorbell surprised my expectations! It looks great, it notifies you via phone app whenever there is movement at your door, It has amazing video and also allows you to take pictures with its camera. It's clear and easy to see your area of coverage. It has setting choices allowing you to alter your area of coverage to where ever you want to monitor and allows you to change the movement intensity. The doorbell also comes with a chime box you can pair and plug Inside your home 🏡, this way if you don't have your phone with you you hear the chime bell. You do have to purchase a cloud storage through the company to keep your video captures, but it's super cost effective and not expensive. It is super easy to charge and have had it plugged in for a week and the battery is still charged. The app also notifies you of battery strength (so your not surprised with a dead doorbell, 😆 easy to make your charging plans). The only kinda frustrating part was the set up, it has to set up with 2.4g wireless internet speed, we have 5g, so had to split the internet speed to set up, but once set up it stays set up and does not disconnect. Also one setup your can have your home speed back to 5g and the doorbell stays connected.

Works well. Cant beat the price. About $30 for 1 yr of cloud storage. Not bad. Battery life could be better. Battery must be charged at least once every few days.

easy set-up process. very accurate motion sensor and real-time notifcations. picture quality is avg but does the job.

La sonnerie nécessite un abonnement mensuel et pour le retour on doit payer les frais de transport en cas de retour. J'ai eu des problèmes avec l'application et quand quelqu'un sonne ça prend beaucoup de temps pour se connecter et voir qui est à la porte.
