I purchased my first set several years ago. They do stop working eventually, like I said 4th pair...but I use them every day. So it's understandable. ### ⭐⭐ it is great for a couple of months and then the left ... *by E***N on July 24, 2018* I have purchased this headset a couple of times. Unfortunately, it is great for a couple of months and then the left microphone goes out. ### ⭐ It doesn't automatically pair. What a piece of junk!! *by J***B on March 18, 2022* Like battery life. Pairing is not easy as it says. Once paired does not pair automatically. It's a piece of junk. Not worth the money. Noise canceling is a joke! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/59233365-phiaton-bt-100-nc-neckband-style-wireless-qualcomm-bluetooth-noise](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/59233365-phiaton-bt-100-nc-neckband-style-wireless-qualcomm-bluetooth-noise) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
