Purchased this for my parents. The keypad is "dirt-resistant" and very clicky, making it easy for them to type. The "Number Talker" feature (where it speaks the number you press) is very helpful for people with low vision. Highlights: Loud Speaker: The sound during calls is clear, and the ringtones are loud. Torch: The dedicated torch is quite bright for emergency use. Language Support: Supports multiple Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).

Worst experience. Don't buy
Worst product... Product received is not able to charge completely. In this phone 3 straight lines are shown for charging but only one line is getting charged other 2 lines are not charging. I have already raised replacement or return issue but didn't get replacement or return. Donnt buy this product.. worst experience.. i want my refund.
