What's the different between SL-AT-PD12 and SL-AF-PD12D?

They are both DC 12V PoE Splitter. SL-AT-PD12 is 30W and SL-AF-PD12D is 24W, 24w is enough for the common Security Camera. But is you have high-powered devices, then choose the 30W one.

Why the voltage of the PoE splitter is unstable when I test it?

If Poe splitter is not connect to terminal device,means there is no load. It will trigger light load protection,and voltage will be unstable. The voltage will stable if gives 10mA, which is 0.01A load.
