This one however is fantastic. The fan rarely needs to kick in due to excellent passive cooling, and when it does, it is very quiet. Extremely cheap for the performance. Installation is always fiddly with a pi, especially when it is nested between the board and the PoE & NVMe HAT. It has 6 pads to the AC's 3, more components protected It looks cool, but that doesn't really matter seeing it is hidden under the case. I was worried it wouldn't fit as it appears large in photos but it is very small and there is more than enough room. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works perfectly *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 January 2026* Works great, silent, keeps the Pi 5 cool ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Far superior to OEM cooler *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 15 February 2026* Far superior to the OEM cooler, practically silent and rarely has to spin fast compared to my other one which was constantly tested --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.fr/products/591084005-armor-lite-v5-aluminium-heatsink-with-pwm-fan-raspberry-pi](https://www.desertcart.fr/products/591084005-armor-lite-v5-aluminium-heatsink-with-pwm-fan-raspberry-pi) --- *Product available on Desertcart France* *Store origin: FR* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
