Soft fabric
I don’t write product reviews. This thing is amazing! I have a short neck - only 5 cm so usually neck collars make me look like Uncle Fester, but this one is sooo soft! Used it once and ordered two more for family. Could not recommend more highly.

Neck warmer
Great for the relief of pain in my neck seams to work straight away and I only need it on for about twenty minutes worth the value.

Decent warmth
The heat is at a good level but you need to be sat down so that you can press the pad against your neck. The charge lasts at least 30 minutes I'm not interested in the vibrate setting so can't comment. FYI: The charging lead looks like USB-C but isn't, trying to charge the pad with a standard USB-C will not work.

Sticky and work well for the price too
Thought i would get a pack to try and they are very sticky and work good .they are small and work. Good the price

Does not include adapter which is needed for charging
The product itself is ok, however, the fact that it requires an adapter for charging the heating pad with the supplied cable but not include such adaptor is not great.

Worked well for the existing TENS unit we have and at a reasonable price.

Light & easy to use
I have found this comfortable to use. Unlike many others it is light & soft so moulds to your neck which for me is good as I am quite small. Can be used whilst working or driving. The downside is that it is noisy when in massage mode so annoying for others & the battery doesn’t last very long unless on low heat only
