works perfect! it did not come updated to the latest iOS, it’s on 18 point something, but that’s an easy update while i’m sleeping. i’m currently typing this review on it, and so far there’s no performance issues at all. turned on with about 80% battery out of the box and came with a standard USB-USBC charger/block (not the newer one apple uses but the connector that goes into the phone is USBC). there’s honestly almost 0 physical imperfections as well; only one teeny tiny chip in the glass AROUND the camera (not the actual lense) but that could have easily been my fault, i’m not sure. i did not receive mine with 100% battery health but my old phone was at 77% health so ill take it. runs super smoothly, transferring was easy and setting up the esim from a physical sim was easy as well. i would recommend finding out beforehand if your carrier is compatible with esim and if you have the ability to convert it on your previous phone before committing to this upgrade. it does not have a sim card slot. the color is perfect, sound quality is night and day compared to my old phone (iphone 12) and everything works super well! i wasn’t able to transfer my entire phone into this one; photos, calendar, contacts, passwords/passkeys, all transferred fine but my messages did not and i had to redownload all of my apps. probably just user error with icloud backup.

Fantastic quality. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with refurbished products, so I’m always a little afraid to go for them. This iPhone is pretty much in mint condition. No scratches, barely any signs of usage, battery health at 98%! I’m very satisfied with my experience with this store. Keep up the good work!

Ordered this to replace my XS max. Compared to my maxx the battery on this one is way better. Battery lasts longer.the camera works well though the interface controls are different and take some getting use to. I had no problem connecting to my cellphone carrier. Very easy to set up. Quality of the phone is of course great, it’s Apple after all. And the pink color looks amazing. . The processing speed is great . Volume is crisp and clear. I have had this phone for about a month now and it works great.

I’m pleasantly surprised! It’s in very good condition- looks basically new and battery condition is 82%. There are only a couple minor scuffs that you can see if you look really hard. The camera is definitely an improvement from my XS and I’m very happy with the investment I made to get this phone. It came with a screen protector and got here in 4 days! It’s a win for this SAHM.

Was skeptical but so far phone works great. Battery is in good health and cellular connected well (I have AT&T). No scratches on the phone at all, looks brand new. Phone did overheat slightly when upgrading and I did have some trouble connecting my iCloud but it was resolved quickly. Honestly, you could tell me this phone came directly from Apple and I would believe it. No laggy and everything works well. Everything transferred easily (I pay for iCloud). It’s day one but so far everything works well!

The phone has been on for 46 minutes. I was going to transfer my service onto it but it got so freaking hot. My current phone is an iPhone 12, also bought from Amazon 3 years ago, and it was cool as a cucumber. But this phone, fresh off the box and only on for barely an hour, was blazing hot. It can’t last. I know things like this happen, and I’m okay with mistakes. I reached out to the seller and hoping to get this rectified. I know mistakes happen so I don’t want to give them a positive or negative review just until I know how they respond and stuff and I will update when they respond. This has just been my experience so far. I see so many positive reviews, let’s hope I can get this rectified. I’ll update as I can. 4 stars for now just so Amazon will actually post it. UPDATE: Apparently that is a totally normal thing that happens with iPhones upon set up. I let the seller know my concerns and they told me to just wait and the overheating will subside. It has been about a week or so now and they were correct. It hasn’t gotten hot like that again, battery is at 88% capacity as they said. The phone works perfectly fine, is so cute, and I’m very happy with my purchase. 5 stars, and 5 star customer service

My goodness my IPhone 15 plus arrived on time and absolutely flawless. Battery at 100%, no scratches, or blemishes of any kind. I specifically ordered from Amazon and not a third party seller. It connected to my provider with no problem. I hope nothing happens after writing this, but A++

The phone works good and like it's brand new, I brought excellent condition and the only problems are that the sides and camera lens do have very little areas were the paint is peeled off, I thought buying excellent condition would prevent that and also the battery percentage came on 85% that a little low..but oh well, the price is still a steal, and it comes with a charger not the fastest but still is good.

Me llegó en perfectas condiciones, bien empaquetado, con pila del 91%, hasta el momento todo ha funcionado super super bien! Viene con solo 1 cable cargador generico. Pero por el precio siento que hice buena compra! Lo pedí en rosa, y esta hermoso!

Excelente Celular.. llego en una caja generica con cable tipo c generico, llego al 94% de bateria y con estetica 10/10, camara funcionando, face id excelente, no tuve la fortuna de contratar apple care por que ya se habia caducado, sin problemas con mi compañia telefonica(Telcel). Si volveria a comprar

Llegoten excelentes condiciones, cómo nuevo ni una rayadura y la batería al 100%, solo el cable para cargarlo es genérico y el teléfono no lo reconoce
