Will this fit PIP (pressurized irrigation pipe)?

Yes. It is pressure rated. It is intended for pressure use. Not sure the pressure rated. I have used them for pump application for swimming pools.

Is this really ansi 125? shouldn't it be ansi 150?

The 125 rating is base on psi, 125 and ambient temperature 324degree. 150 has multiple temp and psi ratings. Ansi 125 is correct for this valve, based on temp.
