This is an excellent tea and it actually works. I have a huge mug of it, without adding anything, about two hours before I go to bed. Invariably, I find myself falling asleep for 15 minutes about half an hour later. In spite of that, it really makes a difference in my sleep quality. At first, I thought this was the placebo effect so I tried some other cheese without the specific ingredients. They did not work as well. I think it’s important to note that it’s a great blend for people like me who don’t like the flavor of chamomile. The extra ingredients round out the flavor and, I think, improve the medicinal effects—like passion flower, which is very calming—make it extremely different from plain old chamomile by itself.

Minty, but not overwhelming. Nice for an early morning cup to get going or a warm cup to relax in the evening before bed.

Very refreshing! I bought this to help myself wean from breastfeeding. I ended up making it as an iced drink and adding some vanilla syrup in it. Very tasty and is helping my weaning process.

Deep flavor and feel fresh

This tea is so amazing, I could drink it all the time, but most likely my stomach would get unhappy lol

I got this to try a different brand mint tea. I have to say I'm impressed with the taste. It's nice and minty but has a different twist. I usually add some honey to my hot tea to sweeten it up. I would buy this brand again!
