Review: UPDATE - Customer service really came through! Started Well - Died After 7 months - Update - Customer service finally got back to me and they were great! Very helpful and replaced the ice maker since it was still under the one year warranty. Good ice maker to start. Very loud but we put up with it. Now after 7 months of use, it died and will not make ice. Followed all suggested cleaning over the 7 months but after a long VERY loud grinding yesterday, stopped working. Look for other options unless you have $190 to spend every 7 months.
Review: Frustrated with no ice - Very frustrated! This is the second nugget ice maker (different brands) I have bought and had to return this month. Our old Siloon bullet maker went out at 2 years old. It was great but wanted to try nugget ice. This one worked for 1 day. This morning the red light was on but tank was full. No ice had been made. I turned it off and back on but now it is just running and not making any ice after 2 hours. It sounds louder and seems hot. So I have turned it off for good. It makes a hiss after turning it off. I am sad the ice was really nice but I think I will just return these do not seem to be built to last.

### ⭐ Frustrated with no ice

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Great Ice Maker
*by N***E on July 4, 2025*

We are happy with our purchase. It makes great ice in a short time, as described in the product information. We were surprised that there was no way to keep the ice frozen in this machine. It had to be used pretty quickly OR saved in our freezer to prevent melting. However, storing them in a ziploc bag works very well. The cubes didn't stick together. We thought the size of the cubes were exactly what we expected! This company shipped it, and we received it in the time promised.
