It isn't keto friendly because of the coconut sugar it would be if they replaced it with monk fruit though hopefully they change it they'll sell more

I have a gluten and corn sensitivity and finding a pancake mix that actually tastes good has been so hard. This is the best one I’ve tried so far. It’s best to cook the pancakes really small so they cook all the way through. Please never stop making gluten AND corn free food options!! Thank you Simple Mills
