First I received the product and tested the direction to front is not working properly. I replaced it, the another one is not at all moving. Worst experience! Seller should stop selling this product, we are not ready to waste our time even though with replacements.

This is a decent product but can make improvements with respect to the noise it makes, the reverse doesn't work perfectly (I had replaced the original one but the second one also had similar issues after a while). Obviously my 2.5 year old does give it a rough time which led to a few issues. The build quality is solid though.
