Bad quality refund request
Very substandard quality want full refund

Portable CD player
Plug provided not compatible with power source. CD is open and laser is exposed. Return request approved and scheduled for 25 July but not picked up until today 30 July. Seller and Amazon not contactable. Never had such bad experience with Amazon
