Will this work for model #350?

These blade guides will not work with the Model 350. The 350 uses guide wheels and not these guide blocks. You should be able to get parts for the 350 from the manufacturer. It has been 15+ years since the 350 was last made. = Scott = Sunshine Glassworks Ltd.
