Best little line of rollers. Various lengths. 540 pins on this wheel size is perfect for maximizing effectiveness, minimizing hair grab, great maneuverability, while still covering enough surface area to take care of business quickly. Wider rollers just don't work as well in all the aforementioned areas. Plus it puts the cost in the right place, sharp titanium pins and a smooth roll. Inexpensive and the best. I bought two other model sizes along with this one, and then two other brands, including one that's 5 times the price of the Koi, and the Koi is functionally the best by far. Pro tip, buy a can of aerosol spray alcohol to quickly sterilize the roller before and after use. Two half second spray bursts covers and saturates the whole wheel. One of a few hair routines out there that really does stimulate growth and thickness, especially with a good topical serum/prescription creams or oils.

I mainly use it for skin texture and product absorption, and I noticed less irritation compared to other rollers I’ve used in the past.If you’re consistent, this is a great at-home microneedling tool—just make sure you sanitize it properly and don’t overdo it. For the price, the quality punches above its weight. Would definitely recommend if you want something effective without paying clinic-level prices.

The roller is easy to use, does not get stuck in my hair (only using it on my scalp and not my face). Sleek design that is comfortable in the hand. I'm using it every other day for a few minutes to increase blood flow to the follicles.

The product is okay in terms of softness, but it doesn’t feel as comfortable as expected. It works fine for basic use, but there are softer alternatives available. Overall, average performance.
