Item came un stitched after using for 2 months

The coller is nice but choice of material its not the best..broken after 2 days can’t open this compartment anymore as zipper not working anymore. Poor execution of zipper only glued to plastic…and bad choice of material. Needs improvement of the product in my opinion …
