Turmeric Powder 2.2kg

Maybe it is just me. I usually buy these 4 or 5-pound bags and keep them sealed in the freezer. This is the first time I purchased this brand. It has a milder taste and does not pour as easily as the last batch I purchased. I pour what I need into a prior Turmeric shaker with big holes. The other flowed better. Not complaining though. Just noticed.

I ordered the 5# turmeric and it's much hotter than any other I've purchased. I normally put a scoop, at least a tbsp, in water and drink it in the morning. This tastes like it has a lot of pepper in it. I don't know whether this is the way it's supposed to be or if the previous purchases were correct. I suppose that they both could be correct and simply different. They both could also be counterfeit. I have no way of knowing and don't see a way to contact the vendor. I'll try to ask someone who is actually from India. I still don't know whether this is exceptionally hot. The vendor did give a refund. I've used a very small amount in a veggie smoothy - tomatoes, broccoli sprouts, wheat germ, flax seed, turmeric, water, ice in a NutriBullet. The combination is healthy and tastes good and is healthy. No way to get a tbsp in without smoking my eyeballs and I like spicy. The vendor is good so perhaps try a small bag.

Omgoodness I am so grateful for learning about this amazing root!! I definitely notice when I don't take it. Or add it to my food. Awesome value. Easy as opening the bag. It's super effective and absolutely healthy. Please if your hurting add some to ur food! Soup. Just get it in your body it helps with the pain.
