Bought these because I wanted something a bit more eco-friendly than the usual fluorescent yellow sponge that somehow survives longer than civilisation itself. First impressions were great. They scrub well, don’t fall apart after a couple of washes, and they’re surprisingly good at getting burnt-on food off pans without scratching them. They rinse out easily and don’t develop that mysterious “wet sponge smell” after a few days. Yesterday I finished washing up and somewhere in the distance I heard David Attenborough whisper, “Good.”

Love this plastic-free and biodegradable alternative to plastic cleaning sponges! I just throw it out in my garden waste when it needs changing. When you first try them they feel a little tough but they very quickly soften and you get used to them. They don’t scratch and they clean just as well. The packaging is also fully recyclable (just cardboard - no cello tape or other plastic like many of the other similar products out there). Good size and thickness, odourless and versatile - I use them for dishes, bathroom, kitchen worktop and any other scrubbing or wiping needs. Would never go back to plastic. I also used to hate touching a dry plastic sponge, gave me goosebumps but not an issue with this natural product.

I'm gradually trying to remove harmful products from my daily routine and saw an advert on social media for a particular brand but decided it would be safer to look on Amazon and saw these. So far I am very happy with them. They do a comparable job to the plastic supermarket sold varieties and are not too expensive. I have only tried one to date but certainly works. One nice bonus is they seem less abrasive on my knives so hoping they won't blunt them like normal scourers do. Found them to be a little stiff to start with but after a few days they are much more flexible. They also regain stiffness if left to dry but become supple again once wet. The only thing I have noticed is the scourer side is made of what appears to be coconut fiber and my pad has shed the odd strand but nothing I would complain about. Can't comment on durability but the first one has been in use for over a week and is standing up to the wear and tear. Given a couple to my sister to try in the hopes I can convert her and I would certainly order again.

Love these sponges. Work well and biodegradable too. Dropped a star rating as I ordered the s shape sponges but actually received the rectangular ones. Doesn’t really make a difference but item had wrong sticker on it so Amazon shipped wrong item.

The longevity and quality of these make the increase in price over standard sponges irrelevant. And it is great that they are eco-friendly. The size, absorbency, and scrubbing power are also great. No complaints

I bought these when I found out about the micro plastics going into the waterways from the usual green and yellow ones. They feel much nicer to use and it’s good to know that they are biodegradable.

The used to be a great product and we loved it as it lasted long with good water absorption and non scratch. Something happened and now its much inferior product then before it falls apart after a while . I still buy the white sponge version that has nice edge to get into corners for cleaning as it still good quality .

BUY THESE NOW!!! These wash without scratching but with power. The sponge part is soft and sooo durable. Never smell and you can throw them in your dishwasher or washing machine. Come in a box of 12 and I just reordered, originally bought 10/25 ALL natural and fully Biodegradable!

These sponges last longer than plastic sponges! I’ve used the same sponge for 2 months now vs plastic sponges that fall apart in a month or less. This sponge is used multiple times a day, cleans great on both sides, and holds water/soap great. The size quality, and durability is unmatched and I would 100% recommend.

So far so good. Only have had it about a week. Same thickness and feel of standard sponges out there. No weird smell. Cleans well and feels like I'm being responsible. Gives me peace of mind that I'm using safer products in the house.
