Small and slips

Very small. Most exercises cant be done for a person with height around 1,74 m. Bottom of the stand slips. Extremely unstable for using the bench for example for hip thrusts. Injured myself the first time I tried this on there with weights.

Great addition to home gym for the money

I bought the LifePro Roman chair to help strengthen my posterior chain. I remember using similar equipment at a large gym chain and it was one of my favorite pieces of equipment. LifePro is the perfect addition to my home gym. It is easy to put together, lightweight enough to move around, but sturdy/stable when using. It is easily adjustable to accommodate people of different heights. The padding provides the right amount of cushion to keep pressure points comfortable during all angles of exercise. And the price point is great. I’d recommend this product to others.
