Superb Product. The Philips Single Avent electric breast pump is a very useful product. It really helps the milk flow very easy for the new mother. The suction part is very soft and comfortale. It is very very compact and travel friendly. Would recommend this to the new mothers. Very helpful.

This electric breast pump makes my life much easier. It saves my lot of time. Suction power is very good, smoothly works on breast without causing any pain. Silicon cover on the latch part is doing a very good job. Must needed for new moms. Totally love this electric pump. Portable product easy to carry in bag while traveling.

I bought the electric pump two months ago and am fully dependent on it for milk for my newborn. However, it has started malfunctioning now as shown in the video I have uploaded. Sometimes it works for 10-15minutes before malfunctioning and the other times it just doesn’t start. I went through their manual and changed the cable, adapter and plug point to rule out any power supply related issues, as mentioned in the manual, but it still didn’t work. Then I tried contacting customer support, whose number is not available anywhere on the internet. The phone number given on their website doesn’t work. It took me 4days to finally get a number that works. They registered my complaint and told me a technician would contact me within 4 hours. However, it has been 4 days with no sign of the technician. I called up the customer support two more times but they keep saying the technician will contact me. Like I mentioned before, I am solely dependent on this pump for my baby’s food and this is how Philips is providing zero support. This product is supposed to have 2 years warranty but what is the point if no technician is available to resolve issues? I am absolutely disappointed with how my issue is just kept pending for so many days in spite of me explaining the criticality. I have absolutely lost trust in Philips.

Better than other pumps

I recently purchased a breastfeeding pump, and my experience with it has been absolutely fantastic. It has proven to be a game-changer for me—it is very easy to assemble and use, completely stress-free, and pumping milk with it is extremely comfortable; it causes absolutely no pain. I am completely satisfied with this breastfeeding pump. Thank you for creating this product, which has made life easier for mothers.
