My son is developmentally behind and struggles with anger issues he is in 8th grade but at a 6th grade level. He was able to do most this book without assistance but did need explanations at times.

Sometimes anger sneaks up on you and you have no idea where it is coming from or why. There’s always a root cause and by looking for hidden reasons we can make our lives 1000 times better. This workbook has a lot of different activities that can help figuring out where your anger stems from. Also, it allows you to find answers as to why you became angry and how you can stop yourself from reaching the same level again. Just keep practicing. And develop the habit! Good for teens and adults!
