It could just be mine, but I also cant seem to get it above level 2 on the intensity, although this is completely pointless as the lights are the only thing that works with this model. Would highly recommend biting the bullet and going for one of the more expensive and higher quality one from somewhere like slim fit or a trusted local brand.
