I just received. I didn’t install yet, but I checked the light. Everything is perfect and a good quality good material thank you.

So this is a mixed review. The product is solid and easy to install and I put it in place last August. We used it about 10 times before we closed the location up for the winter. The LED strip, which seems to be an issue worked fine those 10 times and did turn on once this spring, but now they are not working. I checked all connections and power to location is good. I have contacted the support email and have not received a reply. The pump is still working great but the LED is a big disappointment as that added a lot. I am hopeful I will receive an update on my request for a new LED strip as 10 uses seems a little limiting.UPDATE: I heard back from customer service and need to provide some photos which I will do shortly. I feel more confident that this will get sorted.UPDATE: I was told they would send a light strip then told that the light strip was out of stock yet it is available for purchase on Amazon. I have emailed the company multiple times asking for a status update and have not received a reply. I am downgrading my rating.
