This is a godsend! My horse will now accept his bit after all other things were done. (ie. teeth floated, different bits, measuring mouth, vet checks, etc....). I was also able to use this on my other horses' snaffle copper ring had gotten a small space where it connects, so as not to pinch him. It lasts long like months and comes on and off easily. Really a great product.

Terrible

This has a great feel to it and adheres smoothly to the bit. The cushioning is very comparable to Sealtex but smoother. I haven't used it on a horse yet to compare the longevity. The only other issue I have is that it seems expensive and it is a VERY small package. We are also evaluating a new product called Bitsoft which we got from Great Lakes Tack as a sample.

Perfect for what I needed

Nice tape, easy to use, and has a very smooth texture compared to some other bit tapes.

This tape is not what I was expecting. Tape has the consistency of electrical tape and was only about 1" wide. I used a whole roll to wrap one 5" snaffle two layers thick. My horse chewed through both layers in one ride. Do not recommend.

Goes on easily. Very smooth.

Seems to be good-sticks well when you follow the directions. Not as thick as I would like and when it is double layered I don't know yet if it will stay together. But pretty good for the cost.
