It’s a tight fit getting the mop into the clean liquids. Does this loosen up a bit over time?

Where can I buy a replacement part for the stick. The part that attaches to the pad snapped in half?

Mine broke too. I fixed it by wrapping with electrical tape. So I have the same question. Where can you find replacement parts? This is absolutely à wonderful system. I couldn't be without it.
