WIN TAPE Workbench Ruler Adhesive Backed Tape Measure 60inch 152cm (Left to Right - Inch/cm)

I bought this to put on along the front workbench which has a laminate countertop. I Should have done this years ago. It has already come in handy often especially for when you need a quick measurement without having to dig for a handheld tape measure. I installed it on my bench in a Midwest winter when the temp was in the 20s in an unheated garage. It adhered just fine. I did run my low temp heat gun across it before my final pressing to help insure it will stick semi-permanently. Dont know if that helped or not but it has adhered great. I like the fact that it's a thin film which doesnt have a thick edge to catch when I'm cleaning the bench. The hash Mark's are well defined in good contrast. I expected some stretching from pulling it tight during installation, So I checked the measurements on the tape with a machinists ruler....both SAE and metric and it is dead on. Highly recommended.

Bought to stick on my 56" tool box top, stuck well, and trimmed to fit easily. Not sure of durability, but it isn't expensive if it gets damaged and needs replaced.

This tape works great for making jewelry. It's stuck to the bench top, makes it really handy when measuring out wire, bracelet lengths, and measuring items to list online. I love that I don't have to fumble with a stick ruler anymore.

Satisfied with product, wish the tape was much wider, the length is perfect on my tailgate.

Just a note in regards to this tape being inaccurate. If you just peel off the back and slap it down it probably will be. Instead when you install it run a metal tape measure next to where you plan to stick this. Peel the backing off a little at a time and adjust to match the tape measure as you go. It has some stretch so you can either pull it a little tight or let it slack a little. It will still lay flat and be accurate.

I was pretty enthusiastic about this tape when I first applied it. However, in very short order the numbers and hash marks began to fade and wipe during regular use. No sanding or harsh chemicals. Just casual use. After a few months it’s nearly unusable. I haven’t peeled it off yet because I tested the corner on the end and it’s going to leave a sticky nasty mess when I try to remove it. Great idea, great use case for so many applications, however not durable at all.

This is exactly what I was looking for to adhere to my folding hobby table. Its thin enough to cut and easy to apply. I don't know how long it will last or how well it will stay on long term but so far I'm pleased. I compared the measurements to my omni grid ruler and it is accurate. When I first opened the bag it looked like there were a lot of air bubbles in the tape but once you peel the backing and apply, the air bubbles disappear and it smooths out nicely.

I like it. It is like a metallic type paper so was a pleasant surprise.

I put this on the handrail in my boat. The top clear plastic layer has peeled off since but the numbers haven't worn off all summer. It's holding up better than I expected. Will buy again if it wears out.

If you don't care if the piece your cutting matches the measurement you've taken get it.

Doesn't stick well, but great for the value.
