Can somewhat confirm Lucas's experience. This $80+ Oculink cable just worked with my OneXPlayer G1. The $21 CY Oculink cable I bought first woud not. Only got the "this graphics driver cannot find compatible graphics hardware" error when running the driver installer Morefine links to off their website. Same installer worked fine as soon as this $80 GPD cable was swapped in.

I’ve tried every oculink cable that Amazon offers and this is the only one that works. It’s really expensive because they include that chip with it (which isn’t necessary at least for my case). Unfortunately, you can’t buy it separate. But if you have the same setup as I, don’t waste your time with any other oculink cable as they won’t work.

Fonctionne avec le mini PC en titre, il a l'avantage d'avoir 2 ports M2. L'adaptateur est au format 1/2 disque, j'ai dû rajouter une vis dans le plastique du PC pour le maintenir, il faut aussi percer la carcasse du PC pour faire passer le câble Oculink. Fonctionne parfaitement pour le relier à un OneXGPU.

I can confirm this cable works with my GPD WinMax 2024 (with CachyOS Handheld edition) and the Onexgpu V1 practically out of the box. Might work with other GPD Win devices with Bazzite as well but can't confirm. The Onexgpu is connected to external monitor and mouse, keyboard and LAN, and although this external GPU is not exactly beefy like newer Nvidia cards or even its successor the Onexgpu V2, I can play games like Cyberpunk 2077 (using DRI_PRIME=1 as parameters for Steam) with high settings at 60-70 FPS, in desktop mode of course. The game itself recognizes the external GPU and lists it in its graphic settings. Same device with the external GPU and using only Thunderbolt cable (and Windows 11) could barely handle this game with low and medium settings at around 30 FPS and with regular stutter and lag. Will be testing other heavy games like Starfield and Wuchang, but so far I am satisfied with the results and that both my handheld and external GPU really use their Oculink ports thanks to this cable.

Ce câble m'a été recommandé pour de l'oculink pc avec dock. Il y a une différence de performance notable par rapport au câble standard. Le prix paraît élevé mais cela vaut le coup.
