Love case knives.
Itโs a small case sod buster. What more to say? Knife came ok sharp out of the box but I always put my own edge regardless so it really didnโt matter. I won another stainless steel one and a large sod buster. Canโt beat em. Especially the fact that they are make in the USA.

A good, basic, heavy-duty pocket knife
This is one of the more famous traditional pocket knife patterns. I never saw the appeal to it, but my buddies in the Traditional sub-forum of bladeforums insisted it has its place. My argument was: "What does this do that a Victorinox Swiss army knife won't do for less money, and higher tool density for the same bulk?" So I bought this one to try to find out. There are indeed a couple of neat things about this knife: a) The handle is hand-filling. It feels good in the hand, even when cutting hard b) The Chrome Vanadium blade is really easy to sharpen, and holds an edge surprisingly well c) The blade stock is thicker than that of a Swiss army knife. It doesn't taper until it gets within 1/2" of the tip. This knife is truly made for some heavy use. d) The Delrin handle material is all but invincible. Just about impossible to scratch, and certainly impossible to break. The Cellidor scales on a Victorinox Swiss army break easily if dropped on pavement. (the knife still works, but it looks tatty after that) The only thing wrong with it is that the blade opening and closing action is not that smooth. It just feels like there's a lot of friction the whole way. It does not have that precision action and snap that a Victorinox Swiss army knife does. Keep this in mind before purchasing, and you won't be disappointed.

My everyday carry knife.
For the price (<$20 if you wait for a sale), I do not think you can beat this knife. It is an inexpensive workhorse that takes an edge easily and holds it better than the usual 420/440 stainless blades you normally see on knives in this price range. However, you do need to add a little oil (I use vegetable or olive) to keep the blade from rusting. If you do not plan on taking care of the blade or are in a saltwater environment, you may be better served with a stainless blade. With normal use Chrome Vanadium blades will form a light-ish grey patina, this is normal and is both pleasant looking and desirable as it holds oil better and helps keep the blade from rusting. It is best to allow the patina to form over time tan force one with vinegar or an apple. I also feel that the skinner blade on this knife is a more useful that the more common clip blades, but that is personal preference.

Best pocket knife on the market! Just watch out for it closing when using. Iโve got a butt thumb now.
