Very comfortable and good except for a small hitch!
Quite comfortable and serves its purpose well. Only small hitch is that the zip behind broke off when I tried to open it!!

Not firm enough
To me, it was bit of disappointment. It looks good, but not firm enough. I am not a huge person. I am only 70 kg. Still it is bit too softy.

Poor quality zipper and fabric
Unboxing.. material is very poor cheap quality - 1. zip broke 2. Outside cover fabric feels cheap quality 3. Cushion foam turn out worse than dishwasher sponge no where close to high density foam - sitting on it 5 mins flattened it. As a shareholder of wakefit, absolutely disappointed I invested in such a company with no concept of quality. No doubt the stock price is languishing the IPO
