This is indeed an OEM part it's great to be able to purchase these parts on amazon instead to ebay.

Quedé muy satisfecho con la calidad, es básicamente idéntica al original, sin embargo, no queda a la perfección en el control, al menos a mi me quedó un poco mas pequeña y sobresale la parte de atrás.Puede ser un problema puntual con la que me llegó a mi pero, en general se ve y se siente bien el producto.

I have two Elite Series 2 controller and I honestly couldn't tell the difference between the unit with the new faceplates and a brand new controller. It's practically a 1 for 1 fit. You will need to swap the three magnets from the backplate of the old controller to the new one or your paddles won't stay in and the magnetic charging base won't stick. (take note of orientation, maybe marker the poles)

No instructions or tools included but everything does fit perfectly and my controller feels just like it did when I bought is new.

Was an exact fit for my controller, had no issues except that the bag it came in was stuck to the glue from the controller, so I had to remove some of the glue to get the pieces of ripped bag off of it. I won't remove a star for that though.
