When Monkey is sent into space by a team of scientists, he thinks everything will be smooth sailing. But not everything goes according to plan, and soon Monkey's spaceship crash-lands in a forest, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere. My third grader has read this twice in the past few months. He likes it better than Dog Man, which is definitely more of a one time read. It's easy enough for him to read quickly so it's nice just for fun!

My 8 year old son, who enjoys books like Investigators, Max Meow, Captain Underpants, also loves this book. The illustrations are good and the content seems appropriate.
