I've been pleasantly surprised by this B-Complex. I initially expected it might heighten my anxiety (as some B vitamins have in the past), but on the contrary, it’s made me feel noticeably sharper and more mentally clear on the days I take it. There was no jitteriness or overstimulation — just clean, steady energy and better focus. Makes my pee yellow. Very, very yellow. The capsules are also yellow. So my body isn't processing anything like actual food. I ASKED "Have you guys considered making something to compete with MagSRT (sustained release magnesium malate) since it seems the b vitamins could also benefit from a sustained release Minerals and d-ribose, as found in Thorne catalyte would be interesting too. Several small tablets that release over time to give you energy. Leucine from spirulna would be interesting too, and salt and sugar. I could totally see myself keeping the tablets tucked under my lip, slowly absorbing. A powder would be fun too. I want a sort of 'pre-workout' from naturelo, but of course with no caffeine, none of the garbage of traditional pre workouts. FURTHER COMMENTS FROM ME (few months later) I learned that NIACIN is not a b vitamin to get too much of. Christ Masterjohn (phd nutrition) has recently finished a number of videos talking about niacin. He did explain that you do not want to get too much of niacin. I think he detials this in his video on NAD. He talks about eyeballing/guestimating a 1/5 of a serving of TruNiagen. Along with this comment he explains how much niacin you want to get. Niacin is not riboflavin, but it's still not normal to pee a real bright yellow. As such, I would recommend using half a capsule of this b-complex mixed in with a big smoothie/drink, or even better, mix it with all your supplement powders in a daily supplement zip-lock baggie. You can tell your co-workers it's performance enhancing drugs, and it will be true except for the drug part. Over the day, mix a little bit of the powder in your drinks. Add extra to help prevent/get out of the mid-day slump. Don't use too much as there seems to be slight dependency that can build up. Go for 3/4 of a daily multi

Vitamin b complex very good

So if I'm showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why. I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I'm 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. Every time I eat wheat or oats I feel like I have the flu for a week and also feel very depressive and low on energy. I know I have some problem with nutrient absorption in my gut. Using the multivitamin from this company didn't make a big change, but one day my wife ordered this B complex by mistake thinking it was the vitamins.
