The Eufy Indoor Cam S350 offers good video quality and useful features for daily use. The camera hardware itself is good, and the first firmware version provided an excellent notification experience. The continuous alerts were very useful for monitoring my children and staying aware of any movement in real time.Unfortunately, the automatic update changed this experience significantly. The continuous notification feature was removed from the app, and now I only receive one notification each time motion is detected. This is a major drawback for users who rely on the camera for active monitoring, family safety, and real-time awareness.I believe Eufy should allow customers to choose whether to update or not, instead of making updates automatic and mandatory. Customers should not lose important features such as continuous phone alerts after an update, especially when those features are essential for home monitoring.Another issue I noticed is the slow response time when enabling or disabling the camera through the app. Turning the camera on or off often takes longer than expected, which can be frustrating when quick access or an immediate response is needed. A security camera system should respond faster to these commands, especially when it is being used for family monitoring and home security.There is also an important limitation related to storage and video export. When using a microSD card with the Eufy Indoor Cam S350, the recordings may not be directly accessible from a Windows or Mac computer. In my case, Windows detected the card but prompted me to format it, even though all recordings were still available and playable through the Eufy app.As a result, exporting footage to a computer is not as simple as removing the memory card and copying the files. Users may need to download clips individually through the Eufy app before transferring them to a computer. This can be inconvenient for anyone who needs to archive large amounts of footage or frequently export recordings.Overall, the camera hardware and video quality are good, but the overall user experience is affected by software limitations, automatic updates, the removal of continuous notifications, slow app response when turning the camera on or off, and limited video export options. If continuous alerts, fast control response, and easy access to recordings from a computer are important to you, I recommend researching Eufy’s update, notification, storage, and export limitations before purchasing.

Great camera - does exactly what it says it does - easy to install with the EUFY app

I've bought three of these cameras so far and they're connected to different areas in the house, the customizability is perfect in order to fit our security requirements.It can constantly record, which is great and it also provides three video storage options, 2 local storage options and 1 cloud based.Only comment would be is that you can't view all the cameras at the same time on one window, Eufy really needs to make this happen.

One of the worst decisions was choosing this model. It didn’t even last 11 months. The EUFY support team was extremely unhelpful — they acted like robots, repeating the same questions and responses over and over. After dragging the conversation on for a month, they finally told me the warranty had expired.

Gives a great and clear view. Setup with homebase is a Breeze .Overall a very good product.The areas where it lacks are :- it claims to have a BioniqAI however there is no provision to make Notifications silent for known individuals or a group of known faces due to which the notifications can get overwhelming and will become annoying.- there is no provision to alert in case of unknown face only- the maximum one can snooze is 12 hours- sometimes you don’t want camera to snoop but there is no cap.- If there are 4 family members they cannot have their own login to access the camera. I know there is a share function but doesn’t work most time and camera keeps retrying. Only option is to share same login… which is not ideal… should have ability to specify specific email IDs for home access

great quality camera! i use it to monitor my indian ringnecks when im gone for holidays. you can speak to your pets through the camera too!

Great product, the entire eufy suite is amazing

So much better picture quality than previous versions, so good I will probably replace the older cameras very soon. 5* rating from me.
