Can you mount it to fiberglass shower walls?

Yes you can mount it for us long as it’s on a smooth and clean surface. Let the adhesive stick and cure for at least 2-3 days. Adhesive is provided when you buy this. Mine is mounted on fiberglass.

I ran out of glue now the shower rod won't stick to the wall, how do I get new glue?

Just you need to consult our in the background, we can provide you with the glue needed for installation for free.

What is the maximum weight this will hold?

If installed properly, it will hold any shower head that needs to be hung on it. I put our shower head on it and pulled down with about 7-8 pounds of pressure. It held in place. It's a very nice holder.
