Los hand grips son muy bueno por el recorrido recortado, te permite progresar al siguiente mas rapido y los colores se ven increibles, creo que no esta al nivel de los captain of crush pero es bueno en lo que cabe, supongo que si subieran de 40lb envez de 50lb seria mas rapido el progreso.

This set of grippers provides a greater ranged of resistance, with a better quality of performance, than the ones at my local sports/gym equipment stores. The knurling of the handles assures me a firm grim without shredding the palms of my hands. The colour coded system is also great for a quick grab and go mentality. The only defect I have is with my 100 lbs gripper, because the handles are uneven I get quite the overlap when they meet (as seen in the photo), which annoys me more than affects the performance. Overall I am happy with my purchase, and look forward to my futurw artisanal hand crushed gravel services.

Seen these all over Tiktok and decided to grab a kit and it's awesome ! At first, I was worried it wouldn't be tough enough or comfortable in my hands. But they provide good quality materials and foam covers. I also added a drop of oil on each so that it's completely quiet. Works like a charm . My grip and wrist strength shot up, and now I'm hitting better numbers in deadlifts and improved my bench press form and confidence. My hands don't slip or wobble as much anymore, so I feel more solid and confident lifting heavier. I brought it to work and we challenge eachother all the time even keeping a tally to see who's the strongest. I will be adding more of their tools to my collection!
