J'ai mis du temps et fait plusieurs comparaisons avant de choisir cette ceinture. J'ai eu 2 grossesses, dont une gémellaire qui m'a causé des maux de dos. La ceinture soulage et aide à porter. J'ai eu deux césarienne, et là aussi, je l'ai porté et m'a bien aidée car 2 mois après mon accouchement, je suis partie en randonnée, et la ceinture m'a bien aidé... Ne pas hésiter. Bonne qualité, tient dans le temps (maintenant je m'en sers pour porter des objets lourds). Très bon rapport qualité prix.
