Perfect for fans of Lynn Painter and Jenny Han, this romantic comedy follows a hopeless romantic finishing college who agrees to embark on a fake relationship with her childhood best friend, who, unfortunately for her, also happens to be her first love. Daniella Daisy Maria wanted love. It’s all she hoped for when watching endless rom-coms every Friday night. What she hadn't hoped for was to find it in her childhood best friend Levi. It was the hand-trembling, heart-thumping kind of love that wasn't supposed to happen when you saw your best friend. But it all ended when he didn’t feel the same way and she vowed to never see him again. Four years later and one night in a crowded bar in the West Village, there he was, just as perfect as ever. Maybe it was the lighting or the way his hair curled above his brow, but she couldn’t say no when he asked her to be his fake girlfriend for his sister’s wedding. Another chance at being his friend and mending her immature mistake? How was she supposed to say no? The weight of possible rejection from her dream grad school quickly became the least of her problems. With old, resurfacing feelings at every staged, romantic interaction and stolen glance, she struggles to find confidence. She couldn't help but think that maybe she should’ve said no to protect her heart for a second time. Review: books - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Picking Daisies on Sundays* is a beautifully written, emotional story that lingers long after the final page. It’s the kind of book that quietly wraps around your heart and doesn’t let go. The characters feel genuine and deeply relatable, and their journey is told with such tenderness and honesty. Every emotion is carefully woven into the story, making the moments of love, loss, hope, and healing feel incredibly real. The writing is gentle yet powerful, capturing both the beauty and the ache of everyday life. What I loved most is how this book embraces the small, meaningful moments—the ones that often go unnoticed but shape us the most. It’s reflective, heartfelt, and full of soul, reminding you of the importance of connection, growth, and finding light even on the hardest days. If you enjoy emotional, character-driven stories that make you pause, reflect, and feel deeply, *Picking Daisies on Sundays* is absolutely worth reading. A truly touching and memorable book. Review: a sweet romance read - “I’ll buy you flowers every day for the rest of my life if it makes you this happy.” if you're looking for something sweet and hopelessly romantic with yearning, look no further. i enjoy a fake dating trope, but combine it with a longtime reunion w a former best friend who was an unrequited love and set it in nyc, and i'm eating it up. The Lover and the Archer, they’d call it. The girl who kept falling in love, and the boy who could receive love from whomever he aimed his heart at. i liked how dani was at school for fashion bc it took me back to my fashion construction class days in high school (honestly was SO lucky to have that) - it's a fun industry to explore as a career/study for fmc that i haven't really seen much. sometimes dani did have that "not like glamorous girls, i'm into vintage and different" thing going but it wasn't overwhelming. I’d be lying if I said I never thought about where my hands would take me across your body. levi was definitely a soft boy mmc, it was so clear he was head over heels for dani but it made them being ridiculous about each other funny and the tension heightened. also he writes POETRY in FRENCH?? hello, dreamboat!!! i do think the plotline of him and the ex bella could've been stronger esp as it fizzles out a bit but i didn't care for her character much anyways to begin with, so i'm not complaining lol. “Because when you find out the person you’ve been in love with for your entire life loves you back, you’ll spend the rest of your life making up for lost time.” there is a bit of grief dealt with as both dani and levi have lost their fathers, but it's not a main focus and doesn't overshadow the love story. “You intoxicate me, Daisy. The scent of flowers lingers on you everywhere you go, and I always want to follow” overall, it was a sweet romantic read and perfect for spring! ✿

Worth it !
I was really excited (but also nervous) to start this book, worried I might not like it. But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it! I found myself kicking my feet every time the male main character appeared, and I loved how the story was written in such a lighthearted way. It’s refreshing, especially since so many romances nowadays lean toward darker themes, forbidden love, or enemies-to-lovers plots The little details the author included made the book feel extra special, and the main character quickly became one of my favourites. She feels so real and relatable which made reading her story even more enjoyable Yes, there are a few cliché moments, but honestly, that’s part of what makes the book so sweet and comforting. It’s the perfect story if you just want to relax, escape, and forget your problems for a while. I’d especially recommend it for new readers or anyone learning the language, since it’s both fun and easy to follow Overall, I really loved this book and highly recommend it, (and I will definitely will be getting the other book from Liana Cincotti!)

BOOK REVIEW
PLAY THE WAY I LOVED YOU TV 🎼 SO IN LOVE THAT YOU ACTED INSANE & THAT’S THE WAY I LOVED YOU 🎶 GOT AWAY BY SOME MISTAKE 🎶 All of Fearless tv could be their soundtrack bc it oozes you belong with me, invisible, teardrops on my guitar, foolish one, & so high school & it couldn’t have been better! I 👏🏽will 👏🏽not 👏🏽hear 👏🏽any 👏🏽slander 👏🏽about this book! The perfect fluffy, girly swirly pop, giggling manically, cheeks hurting, pink Pinterest loving springtime book! It’s set in May, the best time ever & in NYC & Daisy’s a fashion student & Levi’s a lit major. Ahhh so romcom so good! I did like how they were in their 20s rather than teenage love bc that gets old & the best romcoms are when they’re both in their 20s figuring out adulthood. Unrequited love, friends to lovers, fake dating, second chance romance, secretly pining after each other without the other having a clue. I loved the author used descriptive imagery & similes. Like how she described Levi speaking French was like “melted chocolate dripping from fresh fruit”. & how “rain drops sat on his clothes like sparkles”, & kissing him felt like “a candle softening from the heat of its flame.” & dreamily comparing his brown eyes to “the sand of a beach after it rained or the color of coffee after it brewed.” SWOON!!! There were some grammatical typos here & there throughout the book. & Daisy did make me insane bc of her insecurities clouding her judgement & only her pov through the whole book. I would’ve LOVED & really needed Levi’s pov in the book bc Daisy was unreliable at times just bc of how she recollected events & conversations. Like you could see Levi wasn’t doing anything that didn’t show her how into Daisy he was & Daisy was set in this mentality that he couldn’t possibly feel the same way towards her. Like girl! Go get your eyes checked! When I figured out the lines before the start of every chapter could’ve been his poems had me bursting at the seams! I was like HE LIKES HER BACK!! It was so cute & the perfect way to end the year/start the year with a amazing fluffy read. I cant wait to get started on the next book! There weren’t any spicy scenes once they got together but I felt like that was ok & didn’t lessen their realization of their love, even though a little smutty scene could’ve definitely been included in a part or two. 1000000/10 🌟

Best pink book of all time about Daises
It feels nice to the touch. It also is very pink and has a great story. I genuinely don’t care when they give details on what the characters do for fun. I just want the love story. I don’t want exposition. I want action.

AHH
this book is so good! I know the miscommunication trope isn't everyone's favorite but to me, when you want to punch the characters because they're so stupid that means a book is good. This book did that VERY well. I adored the dynamic between Levi and Dani (I think that's her name? I read this a while ago lmao) and how innocent Levi was with his sisters and his complete naivety to his students' attraction. This book was fluffy, cute, and overall, just made me have the warm and fuzzies. Also, for anyone wondering this is closed door!! 100% recommend

Cozy Love Story
This Book does not just look cute, the story is also very cute! If you are looking for a cozy love story then this book is the right one for you. It's an easy read, with some feeling and more feelings and maybe a teary eye and it's super worth it. I recommend this book with my whole heart! The Story follows Daniella, a college student majoring in fashion design and our girl is struggling with many relatable insecurities, and like any 22 year old handles her struggles with some overthinking and spiraling. She is very talented and smart and that makes it so sad seeing her self doubting herself. But like, I get it. Everyone would. That's why I was so happy to see that she has some amazing friends and family to push and support her. Jia and Gabe were an adorable combo of teasing and loving, and we just love a true friendship shown (consistently) in a book. It has been too long since I read any convincing friendship in a book, so this made me super happy. Levi, our love interest, is one Hella green flag. Right from the start I totally understood why Dani swooned for him. He is selfless, supportive, protective and not afraid to show his love for family and friends. His interactions with his little sisters is just adorable, the way he showed his love for Dani in so many little ways hurt my heart just a tiny bit. And Dani's Name is Daniella... my name is Danielle... so maybe I felt this book 2% more then i usually would... hehe
