Is a good starting laptop for college. it is small and very light so it’s easy to carry around.

Graphics, screen, keyboard--good. Sound/audio--non existent. Very low. Paired with bluetooth. Eventually Windows/Norton upgrades knocked out the drivers and had to contact company for a patch. The file looked suspicious and very large. They assured me it was ok. Miraculously--started working again ( I still never used it and the bluetooth became unaccessible again). Then the laptop screen--guess it's heavier than the actually plastic body this comes it--screw missing, was off to the point I could not close the laptop (no es bueno) without cracking the upper right hand corner. Contacted their customer service in China. Back and forth about returning the unit for replacement (they said I was past my warranty--but it was for 2 yrs??). To return, the location just happen to be located within block of me. Asked if they could ship a replacement there--and I can clean laptop and drop off the 1/2 broke one for the replacement. They said no 3xs. Now I'm asking if I buy--can they refund and I'll send the other back. I paid $399. I would not mind another for the same price--especially if on sale. WAITING FOR REPLY. The driver issue and the plastic body are "zero" ratings. Have seen this driver issue with other products like this--different name.

My computers hard drive will not write to it and errors and blue screen.. won't save changes after reboot to apply fixes even..can't even reinstall windows..still under warranty but I have submitted 3 tickets through their website..and talked with a rep over 11 days ago now with no assistance...I was told 48 hrs for help... I bought through them because of their reputation and warranty... UGH.. I will update when they take care of this... I am so disappointed and frustrated! I always buy through Amazon because THEY always make sure their customers are satisfied! UPDATE Finally was able to connect with the manufacturer and they apologized for all my stress and misguidance from employee etc... my warranty waas covered and I just received a NEW LAPTOP after sending in my broken one with the hard drive taken out to ensure my privacy. I am very very satisfied with the follow up.. very understanding and courteous... so I now highly recommend this company! Love the computer... hope it lasts for the next 2 yrs under the new warranty.

The computer initially was giving me an error and shutting off. I didn’t have a good experience, however the support team helped me reset the system. Now, the computer is working properly. Since it was fixed, the computer seen quite good. It opens very quickly and the programs open fast. It’s lightweight and has a slick look. So far I like its performance after the initial issue was resolved.

To put it short and to the point. For the price the computer works, I've played project zomboid on it and it runs. It loads slow, runs slow, but not overly slow. It has a problem having to many applications open and it slows down massively. You can tell with typing on Google sheets. But other then that if a quick computer is needed, this will scratch the itch until you upgrade. I've seen gaming computers be alot more clunky then this so I give props to funyet. I've had it for about 2 years now, and it still runs as when I got it. So I seriously cannot complain. And mind you this is with it being dusty and stints of being unused. Battery still held 65% on two of those month long stints I didn't use it. 5 stars for the price, but if it was more then it's easily 3 to 4 stars.

I bought this FunYet 16" pro computer to replace my old Dell 15" ..... The computer coms packed quite well and is very sturdy material. It arrives within four days from Kirkland, Washington. The screen is very bright and has good definition and contrast. The keyboard is the standard, and the keys are clean and responsive. Here are the negatives: (1) The battery does NOT last as advertised; the battery barely lasts 3 hours, and when turned off at night, loses 50% of its power when opened up the next morning. (2) there are no HDMI ports (3) There is no SD card slot (4) The power port is too close to a USB port and hard to use due to its proximity. One will need to purchase additional devices to accommodate these slots, or even an extender to support multiple attachments. ..... I emailed customer support as to the battery issue, and their answer was, "My computer does the same thing". Since this unit is only 10 days from purchase, I will update in a month or two ... PS. I purchased an extended 4-year warranty to cover my Funyet, as they have NO representation in the USA. UPDATE: I have now had a lot more time on this Funjet computer, and the cooperation from Customer Service is quite lacking. The battery will not stay full at all and drains down to 64% overnight with the unit turned off. The computer skips when you are trying to load an address or even insert a URL address. I am very concerned about service if this Funyet computer need work. We need to have customer support in the USA; not in China. I will be returning this unit to AMazon for a full refund.
