Bye, bye, terry cloth!!
LOVE this thing! Let me say, my expectations we not super high, since it seems to be a 50/50 shot to score a great item on Amazon when you take a risk on unknown name brands, rely on feedback, etc... Well, this item was a pleasant find! I have super sensitive skin, and most terry cloth towels are too scratchy for me and take FOREVER to dry off. This towel is super soft, lightweight, and very absorbent. One pass over my body, it’s dry. I also love the size, it’s plenty wide to wrap around your body completely twice! And since it’s super thin, there is no bulk or heavy weight. Easy to tuck in and go, and since there is “extra” to wrap, you can run around and do other things without worrying about unplanned “peek-a-boos”. Length is great on me (5’7), about mid-thigh, and no “butt-cheek sneak“ when bending over. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s not a fancy towel, you probably wouldn’t put them out for guests, and the edges of the towel lack a little finesse, but if you are about comfort and practicality, this is perfect! I will be replacing all of my towels eventually with ones like this (sorry, guests!) Bye, bye, terry cloth!

Great towel. Bought one for Christmas and then got several more for family members. Lightweight, keeps its color and is very large (wonderful for both the petite and big & tall people in our house). Very, very soft and luxurious! I would also say this is a great towel for grandparents who can't handle those large heavy towels any more. This is perfect. It is thin, so if you want a thick towel, this isn't for you. But if you like a lightweight, beautiful, and luxuriously soft towel that will dry well because it is so thin, then this is just the thing for you. It is thin, but a very high quality product. It holds up very well with continued washings. Would highly recommend and will definitely buy again.

I'm keeping this! It's my new favorite! I may buy another! Appearance is slightly dark then imagine online. Honestly don't care! Very comfortable for lounging in towel. Thus very durable! Otherwise no problems!

Great towels
Only dropped to a 4 because they aren't as thick as I would like.OK, so I have had these 4 years now. You can't tell they are that old. There is some VERY minor pilling and only on one side. Some idiot (must have been the puppy) that put something white in with them. Here is an update. I have found that it is still all the same. The only thing different is the minor piling. I am reviewing it as my puppy has decided to play tug with them. Not sure if that is before or after washing them with the whites. Anyway, they are now his.The photo is misleading. The towel is folded in half. Then folded like normal.They are thin like microfiber towels are, but just a little heavier.PROS:Softer (like a blanket).The color is accurately reflected mine is a wonderful bright blue.I am a very large person (Eddie Bauer Men's 2XL) and this fits around me nicely with overlap.It covers me lengthwise when wrapped (5'10") down to my knees.It dries you fairly quickly (seemed faster than the cotton ones).The only place I noticed wetness on the towel after drying myself is where I had it wrapped around my head.The towel dries fast.As recommended, I washed it before first use. I used vinegar in a Downy ball. I had no problems with the color running.Against advice I put dryer balls (scented w/Downy oil) in the dryer. I have had no problems with a bad smell.There has been no color loss or other damage - Looks same as when bought (except the minor pilling).

Thin, Very Very Thin.
Thin is the operative word. Fortunately all I planned to use this for was a car seat cover when I was sweaty. It will probably work for that. I have never seen a towel this thin.

I Washed this 4 times before I was about to use it. Glad I did , because so much black dye came out of it . I wouldn’t waste your money on this
