Had to reprint the handle, seller says only a few with the too weak handle left at the amazon warehouse and then product will ship with strong enough handle. Reprinted handle with the file they provided increasing infill and it works great. Definitely way more convenient for clearing a clog then disassemble reassemble process I used before.

I know the print isnt great on the handles. But I just heat up the nozzle on my bambu x1 and just shove the rod in there past the extruder and get all the gunk out

As an owner of a 3D printing service this is about as cheap as you can print something looks like 2 walls and 20% infill. For a tool that’s not enough. This shot apart after assembly. Didn’t read closely enough they supply extra screw and heatsert to print your own in your favorite color…… but not the files….. I’m not going to return because the actual import part looks good. I will be designing a replacement handle to print. After talking with the company there is a hidden thingi thing:6187543 so you can print replacement handles in PETG or better. I had already designed and printed my own handle. It was clear they knew about this problem but had already shipped many to Amazon fulfillment center hopefully the print file number helps somebody the metal bits are great

I like another reviewer, own a 3D print business and it looks as though the model needs a few minor reworks, as the product broke after 3 uses. However, the product is good overall and very useful. I was told when I received my product that the seller would also send the file so we could print the product in our preferred color. I would like the file so that I can reprint the product so that it is also stronger.
