My wife and I tried it out and thanks to the adjustment straps we were both able to wear it. I should've spent the extra money on one with a front strap, but we are functioning on a very minimal income, and we're trying to assist her back problems as frugally as possible.Being that I knew and ignored the risk of ordering a brace without the front strap I would have rated it at least 2-3 stars, but the repeated solicitations I've received in the mail for me to review a product I wasn't pleased with was off-putting.
