Deep color, very soft to the touch, silky. Lays nice on the bed. I didn't want a huge puffed up comforter. I'm handicapped and old and can't be tucking something heavy and bulky in between bed and wall. I give it 5 stars:)I wanted to add a new review when I washed this comforter. I finally washed it and it is exactly the same as it was before. It went through the wash and dry cycle perfectly and is still 5 stars for me. I love this comforter. The only problem I had getting through the winter with it was the static electricity. It never shocked me, just lit up the bed every time I turned over. Delivery took only six days.The box arrived and I was in for a treat. The comforter is soft and light but keeps a person warm. The colors are exactly as I imagined and with shades of gray they can be used in any bedroom, no matter what color it is painted.I love this bed set. It keeps me nice and warm without being too heavy. It is easy to wash and dry and so far looks exactly like it did before washing. My German Shepherd loves to get up on my bed when I am resting or reading (after a foot surgery I rest a lot) and she sheds quite a bit - just like Shepherds do - but even her fur is easily cleaned off my comforter.I decided that since I found something I love I should share that find. So on May 14th I ordered two more sets. Another gray for my sister and navy blue/light blue for myself. They arrived on May 20th and look and feel as wonderful as the first set.
