A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase a balance board after a friend of mine told me that poor balance is one of the leading causes of injuries as we age. I ordered the board online and was excited to try it out as soon as it arrived. To be honest, my first experience was not great - my balance was terrible! However, I decided to stick with it and started using it for 20 minutes every morning while getting ready for work. Good for ankle physical therapy
Easy and safe to use. Used to improve my ankle movement after ankle surgery. It helped to improve my dorsiflexion of my ankle and had noticeable benefits after just 2 uses. The size of the item is bulky but easy to store.

Great for the puppy & I
I bought this as an outside the box purchase. We have an 8 week old puppy who we are exposing to a lot different experiences/textures & scary things for such a little girl. Having some core issues I will also be using this too! It seems very durable, the price was great & puppy or I have not had any safety or slips on it.

Good for postpartum balance
Super fun! I bought this postpartum to strengthen my balance. I have continued to use it just for fun. Super simple and easy to store. Lightweight, sturdy, hasn’t peeled or shed the lining. Would make a great gift for ages 6 and older.
